We are aware of issues interacting with Openreach's EMP platform. This will be impacting a number of services from placing and modifying WLR3 orders, as well as broadband tasks including the broadband checker. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. As soon as we receive further details or an ETA from Openreach we will relay these.
