Fault was tracked down to a power failure within a Virgin Media rack. All circuits are operational.
Update [26/09/2020 08:09]
We are seeing all three NNI service being restored. Virgin have not confirmed the reason for outage yet. Further details will be shared once known.
Investigating [26/09/2020 07:26]
We are aware of a Virgin NNI failures in one of our London data centres. It is currently impacting 30 leased line circuits.
Virgin are seeing other outages in the area so it is suspected a fibre break may be the cause. Other NNI in the data centre remain up, it is currently 3 which are down.
Further details will shared once investigations are complete.
